How We Work

At Noor, we don't provide isolated services — we offer an integrated system centered on the individual and their family. We work according to a rights-based approach grounded in inclusion and dignity, combining in-center services with direct outreach to those who are unable to reach us.

Our Approach

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of each case, then build an individualized intervention plan that combines — as needed — rehabilitation, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment for the family. When a child's needs and their family's needs are addressed together, the impact becomes deeper and more lasting.

We Reach Those Who Cannot Reach Us

  • Regular therapeutic home visits for those unable to come to the center, with special focus on adults over 18, who typically lose access to services after childhood.
  • A mobile clinic that tours Bethlehem governorate to identify unregistered cases, assess their needs, and refer them to appropriate services.
  • Ongoing coordination with UNRWA and local institutions to reach the most complex cases.

We Measure and Document

We rely on an integrated monitoring and evaluation system, a centralized beneficiary database, and precise documentation of every intervention — because what cannot be measured cannot be improved, and because transparency is the foundation of trust from our community and partners.
